    • Seeking a board-certified Physician Assistant with Cardiology Experience
    • Ideal candidate will have mid-level cardiac clinical experience (minimum 1
      years)
    • Work for Cardiology Private Practice both in office and in Rehab/Nursing Facilities/Hospital
    • Must have a strong interest in working in both a private practice and facilities equally
    • Ability to work both independently or under the supervision of a Cardiologist
    • Work Monday through Friday 8:
      30/9:
      00 am - 5:
      00 pm
    • Full training provided by Cardiologist and mid-level advanced practitioner
    • Candidate will report to Cardiology office (or) to facilities depending on the specific day/full schedule provided in advance
    • There is a total of 2-3 facilities in the weekly rotation (all within 10-15 mins travel of each other & office)
    • Please note you may be required to have a split shift day & visit 2 facilities or facility & office on same day (morning/afternoon split)
    • Clinical & Facility Responsibilities include:
      • Take initial patient histories and performs physical examinations
      • Assist with Stress Testing in office (normally scheduled 1 day per week/can vary)
      • Initiates, documents, and communicates the plan of care and follow ups to ensure complete screening and preparation of patients
      • Performs daily patient rounds when in facilities or hospital
      • Write orders for medications, laboratory work, and diagnostic tests
      • Interprets laboratory and test results
      • Confers with attending physicians, other primary care providers to ensure optimum quality of patient care
      • Informs patients of the necessary post-discharge care instructions
      • Performs related duties as required
    • Patient Census is approximately 25/day
    • Call:
      1 weekend every 4 weeks
    • EMR in office:
      e-clinical works
    • EMR in facilities:
      Patientclick & SigmaCare
    • Current NYS license & BLS certification required
    • Would be open to PA/NP candidates with cardiac experience via Emergency Medicine or Hospitalist/Facility Care Experience including Telemetry
    • Practice currently has 3 Providers:
      (2) Non-Interventional Cardiologist & (1) Nurse Practitioner supported by a Medical Assistant, Office Manager and Receptionist

    • Compensation $125,000 - 135,000/annually

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
