The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in managing all aspects of the store, including customer service, sales, inventory management, staff supervision and training, and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
Manage store operations and personnel.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure accuracy of store records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor store performance and suggest improvements to increase sales and profits.
Train, motivate, and develop staff to maximize performance.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
