About the Position:
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow with our company.
The successful candidate will be able to perform a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
Assist with daily office operations Maintain office supplies inventory Order office supplies as needed Manage mail and packages that come in for delivery Help with special projects as needed Assist with other administrative tasks as needed Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other basic computer programs.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks at a time.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to handle sudden changes.
Attention to detail is a must.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer phones for the company.
This includes being able to listen, speak, read, and write clearly.
We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week! No weekends or holidays! This position will require working on weekends during the off-season if the position requires it.
Maintain an orderly office supply room stocked with all of the necessary supplies for day-to-day office operations.
Order new supplies as needed.
This includes selecting items based on price, availability, and brand name recognition.
When ordering supplies, you will need to be able to follow instructions on how to use specific computer programs such as Word and Excel.
We do not use any Microsoft software other than Word so you must be comfortable using Excel for all your data entry! Job Type:
