The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including filing, data entry, and answering phones, contacting insurance companies, billing, providing support to the owner.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
Must be a multitasker and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Computer knowledge is a must including using excell, and other related programs.

Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional manner.
Maintain office supplies and order new supplies when needed.
Organize and maintain files, records, and other documents.
Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
Perform data entry tasks as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
