Job Overview Team Leaders will be overseeing employees, ensuring bartenders are doing their job efficiently.
Helping to keep on track of daily side work, helps to motivate seasoned workers and helps to fully train new hires.
Communicate issues with management.
Salary:
$500 Per Week

Tips Responsibilities and Duties ? Take inventory of bar products, ingredients, and tools.
Notice if anything is running low and report to management ? Ensure weekly side work is being completed.
? Produce creative beverage menus ? Ensure consistency of drinks/service/food ? Ensure consistency and freshness of syrups ? If on a closing shift - ensure all tabs get closed out, all payouts are completed and money is correct ? Maintain and oversee cleaning procedures are being completed thoroughly and accurately ? Take note of any POS systems/inventory issues, make sure these are updated and accurate ? Communicate any issues, complaints, suggestions efficiently with management ? Cross utilizing products and ingredients for cocktails ? Work with beverage director on recipes / inventory ? Hire staff and ensure bar staff is fully trained and service is consistent Job Type:
