BDC Assistant / Internet Sales

Family owned car dealership in Patchogue New York is seeking a part-time BDC assistant who will assist the BDC Directors and respond to internet customer inquiries. We are looking for someone who has ambition and energy for a fast paced environment.
30 plus hours a week!
Primarily Day shifts and One Weekend shift is a must!
Must have availably to cover
Hourly Wage Plus Monthly Incentives!
Primary responsibilities:
1) Answering heavy phone lines and working a switchboard
2) Communicates effectively with Internet customers and respond back to them according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone and/or email.
3) Responds to e-mail inquires within established time frames.
4) Sets up appointments for customers to visit the dealership for test drives, sales presentations, and service.
5) Inputting customer information into the CRM accurately.
6)Assist BDC Directors as needed.

Required Education:
High school Diploma or equivalent

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
