Previous owner purchased this MG TD in June 1993 from original owner in Glen Ellen, Illinois.
It was driven for 2 years prior to frame-off restoration.
Prior to moving to Houston Texas from Evanston, Illinois, the new owner had the restoration completed at a shop in Niles, Illinois.
Before reassembling in 1995, he installed a new top, interior, tonneau cover, rugs, seats, walnut dashboard, timbers, etc.
The gas tank was relined for the 1st time and the wiring harness replaced.
In 2003 the owner was transferred to London but kept his home in Houston where the MG was garaged and not driven for 6 years.
When returning from London, the fuel system was cleaned and the car was made operational again.
Soon after, he was transferred to Georgia and arranged to store the car.
I purchased the car as a winter covid project in July 2020.
Now I am retiring to North Carolina this spring and can not take the car.
The clear Texas title was transferred to my company, a Fleet servicing company that also maintains a dealer license.
The MG will be sold and transferred through my company to the new owner.
